The Technical Program Management (TPM) team ensures successful and efficient execution of highly complex and business-critical technical projects, driving innovation and delivering high-quality products and services. TPMs think strategically, accelerate time to market, manage risks, and drive scale and efficiency, acting as force multipliers within the organization.
This role will work across Engineering, Product, Legal, Compliance, and GTM teams in support of Plaid’s AI strategy. At Plaid, we believe artificial intelligence (AI) will accelerate our mission of delivering financial freedom for everyone by making our products smarter, and transforming how we build, support, and scale them. Over the coming years we expect the way our customers discover and build with financial infrastructure to change rapidly. The target base salary for this position ranges from $194,400/year to $345,600/year in Zone 1.
The target base salary will vary based on the job's location.
Our geographic zones are as follows:
Zone 1 - New York City and San Francisco Bay Area
Zone 2 - Los Angeles, Seattle, Washington D.C.
Zone 3 - Austin, Boston, Denver, Houston, Portland, Sacramento, San Diego
Zone 4 - Raleigh-Durham and all other US cities
