JOB PURPOSE: To ensure best in class Relationships for Haleon with the Health Care Professionals (HCPs) across relevant specialities. MSL(RMA) will be required to engage with scientific and HCPs / medical experts in discussions w.r.t to the product and the therapy segment and give presentations in a non-promotional context. They will also provide insights, knowledge, and training to the organisation's internal stakeholder to support development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Formulating strategies and plans focusing on aligning Medical Affairs with core business requirements for India Cx.
• Educate key stakeholders and business partners on product science and India specific usage and practices, and coach them through specific issues/activities. • Support Line Managers & RLTs / SLTs HRGs in query / issues processes & resolution.
• Advise business leaders.
• Partner Collaboration with associations: Local Chapters. E.g., Guideline’s creation & dissemination.
• Representation in local events (i.e., CMEs; TOT; Advisory Boards) .
• Insight generation from HCPs. E.g., Routine interactions & HCP surveys
• The MSL will have to work on developing a strong network of KOLs , Provide support to the clinical trials and to the investigator engagement.
