Job Description

We are seeking an Admin Executive to provide administrative support and work closely with the management and admin team. The role involves managing office inventory, purchasing goods, equipment, and processing invoices. Responsibilities include supervising support staff, ensuring office cleanliness and hygiene, organizing events, and coordinating with external vendors for services like AC maintenance, pest control, and CCTV. The executive will also manage logistics for events and meetings, handle administrative queries and complaints, implement infrastructure improvements, and oversee courier, transport, vendor, and pantry/cafeteria management. Additionally, responsibilities include managing consumables, preparing reports, conducting facility rounds to identify and resolve issues, and managing office space. Proficiency in MS Office, presentations, MIS reports, and dashboards is required.

Job Title: Admin Executive 
Experience Required : 2-5 years 
Location: Mumbai – Goregaon East 
Responsibilities and Duties: 
● Provide administrative support and work closely with the management & admin team. 
● Manage office inventory requirements. 
● Purchase goods, equipment, and process invoices 
● Supervise support staff and ensure that the office is neat, clean & hygienic ● Organizing and managing events. 
● Coordinating with external vendors for servicing (AMC - AC, Pest Control, CCTV etc). 
● Manage logistics for events and meetings 
● Handling admin queries and complaints from office staff 
● Implement actions to improve the infrastructure 
● Courier management / Transport Management /Vendor Management / Pantry/Cafeteria Management 
● Arrangement and inventory of all consumables and supplies 
● Preparing the Daily/Weekly and Monthly reports 
● Taking facility rounds and find out snags and find solution 
● Office space management 
● Good knowledge - experience in MS Office Presentation, Preparing MIS Reports, Dashboards.
