Job Description

A field auditor for RMS is responsible for collecting data in traditional channels like stores, pharmacies, and restaurants, providing sales, purchase, inventory, and distribution information. This role involves performing audits according to company procedures, capturing product details, scanning barcodes, conducting inventory, and validating data. The ideal candidate is autonomous, process-oriented, observant, detail-focused, proactive, and enjoys teamwork and travel, adapting to constant changes.
Must have:
  • Capture product characteristics (size, measure, price, etc.)
  • Scan barcodes with Hand Held
  • Perform in-store inventory (audit point)
  • Validate information captured in the hand held
  • Integrate new stores to be part of the study sample and become a new audit point.
Good to have:
  • Sales experience
  • Experience in operational positions (warehouse worker, driver, cashier, etc.)
  • Fieldwork experience
  • Basic computer skills (Office suite)
  • Basic Android operating system knowledge

About the position

A field auditor in the RMS service is responsible for data collection in the traditional channel (traditional stores, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, bars, tobacconists, kiosks), providing information related to sales, purchases, inventories, and distribution.

Perform audits adhering to company procedures and policies:

  • Scan barcodes with Hand Held
  • Perform in-store inventory (audit point)
  • Validate information captured in the hand held
  • Integrate new stores to be part of the study sample and become a new audit point.

A Field Auditor is an autonomous individual, adhering to processes, with extensive quality in service, is observant, with strong attention to detail. They are a proactive, propositional person who enjoys teamwork, knowing their locality, traveling when required; participates in internal activities and is open to constant changes.

  • Minimum education – Incomplete High School
  • Desirable Experience – Sales, operational positions (warehouse worker, driver, cashier, etc.) and fieldwork.
  • Desirable Basic computer knowledge (Office suite)
  • Desirable Basic knowledge of Android operating system
  • Resilience

  • Autonomy
  • Numerical ability (ability to perform basic operations: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
  • Adherence to norms
  • Results orientation

Additional Information

  • Living area: Depends on the required location
  • Current Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday 9 am to 6 pm
