Field Engineer T3

This Field Engineer T3 role involves providing comprehensive onsite service support for large/complex clients, taking full ownership of service activities, and performing advanced maintenance and low-complexity installations. The successful candidate will offer technical feedback to enhance service delivery, resolve client issues using advanced tools, and proactively support team members. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, potentially a technical certification or Associate Degree, and 2-4 years of relevant experience.

Must Have

• Provides full range of Field Engineering support for an assigned base of large / complex clients.
• Takes complete ownership of onsite service activity.
• Performs advanced-level maintenance on all products, including low-complexity installation activities.
• Uses advanced tools and technical knowledge to resolve client problems and conduct scheduled installs.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Generally, 2-4 years’ experience in area of responsibility.

Good to Have

• May require technical certification or Associate Degree.

What success looks like in this role:

• Proactively supports the needs of other team members, providing technical assistance and expertise.
• Contributes to improved client services metrics reporting and documentation.
• Monitors technical and process issues, proactively informing the manager and/or team on offering improvement recommendations.
