Job Description

This part-time Field Marketer will assist with sales enablement for business partners in DFW, planning and running field marketing events from start to finish, including vendor management, display setup, promotion, and engaging homeowners. The role requires close collaboration with marketing, customer success, and sales teams to align messaging and strategy.

About the Role

Our marketing team combines creative, customer-focused strategies with data-driven precision to reach the right customers at the right time, building awareness, and engaging our audience. Base markets through a variety of commercial channels: direct to customers and through our business partners. The marketing team builds content for and drives sales outcomes across these channels. We’re looking for a part-time, DFW-based field marketer to join our team.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with sales enablement for Base’s business partners in DFW—build relationships with our partners’ sales and marketing teams, design and deliver collateral to help with Base channel sales, etc.
  • Plan and run field marketing events across the DFW area.
  • Own each event from start to finish—find vendors, set up displays, promote the event, and talk with homeowners about Base.
  • Closely collaborate with marketing, customer success, and sales teams to align messaging and strategy.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in a field or partnership marketing role, ideally with homeowner-facing products or services.
  • Able to travel to events across the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area, including areas like Plano, Grand Prairie, and Mansfield.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and excel in unstructured environments.
  • Willingness to learn about innovative technologies and communicate them clearly to homeowners.

  • Strong marketing intuition for what resonates with homeowners.
  • A passion for storytelling and building brands.
