Job Description

Insider, a leading B2B SaaS company specializing in AI-native Customer Experience and Marketing, is seeking a Field Marketing Manager for Brazil. This role involves developing and executing the marketing strategy for LATAM to boost awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates. Responsibilities include managing demand generation, ABM, events, customer marketing, web, content, and PR. The manager will also oversee the Latin America website, continuously enhancing local content, and manage event marketing programs, including speaker recruitment and logistics. Creating locally relevant sales and campaign assets like case studies and whitepapers, and measuring program performance with the sales team are key duties. The ideal candidate has a Master's Degree in Business or Marketing, prior B2B SaaS marketing experience, and strong digital marketing knowledge.

Day in and day out a Field Marketing Manager Brazil in Insider;
  • builds and owns the marketing strategy and execution for LATAM, working closely with the global marketing team and the local sales team, to increase awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and support conversion rates,
  • manages all local marketing activities: demand generation, ABM, events, customer marketing, web, content, and PR,
  • owns the Latin America website, continuously improving the local content to increase traffic and improve lead conversions,
  • owns the event marketing program calendars, organizing both Insiders events and industry events, managing all aspects of the projects from speakers recruitment to logistics,
  • creates locally relevant assets to aid with sales and campaigns - case studies, whitepapers, guides,
  • work closely with sales to measure program performance and lead quality

  • have a Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field,
  • have previous experience in B2B marketing, ideally for a SaaS business,
  • have a good knowledge of digital space,
  • have experience with email marketing tools is a plus,
  • have experience with webinar tools is a plus,
  • have strong project management and organizational skills,
  • have strong creative problem-solving skills,
  • have an extraordinary attention to detail,
  • have excellent event planning and execution skills,
  • have the ability to maintain a positive attitude,
  • are fluent in English and Portuguese.
