Vercel is seeking a Field Marketing Manager for the DACH region to lead pipeline-generating programs, including hosted events, trade shows, and partner activations. This role drives awareness, engagement, and funnel acceleration for Enterprise and Mid-Market segments. The manager will own campaign strategy and execution, working closely with sales and GTM teams to build and scale impactful field programs, leveraging ABM strategies and marketing to an engineering audience.
Must have:
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution for the DACH region.
  • Plan, manage, and execute hosted and third-party events.
  • Leverage segmentation and ICP insights to tailor programs.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps.
  • Support funnel acceleration initiatives.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics.
  • Maintain a regional calendar of events.
  • 5+ years in field marketing or demand generation.
  • Familiarity with ABM strategy, segmentation, and campaign targeting.
  • Experience marketing to an engineering audience or in devtools/cloud computing.
  • Strong analytical, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Based in Germany (remote or hybrid; Berlin or Munich preferred).
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the DACH region.

About the Role:

Vercel is hiring a Field Marketing Manager, DACH to lead pipeline-generating programs across the region — including hosted events, trade shows, and partner activations — to drive awareness, engagement, and funnel acceleration for our Enterprise and Mid-Market segments. You’ll own campaign strategy and execution in-region, working closely with sales and GTM teams to build and scale impactful field programs.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Field Marketing or Demand Generation, familiarity with ABM strategies (1:1, 1:few), segmentation, and ICPs, and have a strong background in marketing to an engineering audience (bottoms up and tops down motion).

If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. What You Will Do:

  • Own end-to-end campaign execution for the DACH region — translating integrated programs and GTM priorities into local experiences and activations that resonate with target accounts
  • Plan, manage, and execute hosted and third-party events, including trade shows, executive roundtables, and industry conferences — overseeing content, logistics, vendors, budget, and follow-up
  • Leverage segmentation and ICP insights to tailor programs that drive engagement across key verticals and personas
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to align on messaging, event strategy, and reporting
  • Support funnel acceleration initiatives by developing follow-up playbooks and working closely with SDRs to mature pipeline
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to inform future campaign strategy and investment
  • Maintain a regional calendar of events and continuously identify new opportunities to increase brand visibility and drive demand
  • Travel up to 30–35% of the time to support on-the-ground execution across the DACH region

About You:

  • Highly motivated, curious, and results-oriented individual with a passion for driving growth
  • 5+ years in field marketing or demand generation, and familiarity with ABM strategy (1:1, 1:few), segmentation, and campaign targeting
  • Experience marketing to an engineering audience or working within the devtools or cloud computing industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams; fluent in German and English
  • Based in Germany (remote or hybrid; Berlin or Munich preferred)
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the DACH region
