Acceldata, a leader in Enterprise Data Observability, is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to support global strategic marketing initiatives. This role is for a driven and organized individual passionate about event planning, campaign execution, and customer engagement. You will collaborate with sales, product marketing, and vendors to execute impactful programs and drive pipeline generation. Responsibilities include planning and executing regional events, managing vendor relationships and logistics, coordinating with sales for target account engagement and follow-up, tracking campaign performance, and ensuring brand consistency across marketing materials.

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Self-starter, works independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable interfacing with sales and executives
- Flexible with travel and fast-paced environments

We’re looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and support strategic marketing initiatives worldwide. This role is ideal for a results-driven, highly organized professional with a passion for event planning, campaign execution, and customer engagement. You'll partner closely with sales, product marketing, and vendors to execute impactful programs and support pipeline generation for our go-to-market teams.
We’re looking for someone who can:
- Manage the planning and execution of regional events, trade shows, executive dinners, partner activations, and customer programs.
- Develop vendor relationships and coordinate logistics selection, vendor management, on-site support, and post-event reporting.
- Collaborate with sales to identify target accounts, drive attendance, and follow-up strategies.
- Manage campaign performance tracking, pipeline attribution, and lead handoff to sales.
- Work cross-functionally with content, design, and digital teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Own and manage tools related to registration, lead capture, and event operations.
- Travel to support in-person events (up to 40%).
- Must be comfortable with physical tasks including lifting boxes (up to 20 lbs), unpacking materials, extensive walking, and standing for long periods while setting up, managing, and breaking down events, including occasional long hours during event days.
