Job Description

Ninja Xpress, a leading last-mile delivery service company in Indonesia since 2015, is seeking a Field Sales Executive in Surabaya. The role involves prospecting and growing clients in the social commerce market, conducting cold calls to Small Medium Enterprise (SME) sellers, arranging sales meetings, and tracking prospects. You will identify decision-makers, understand client needs, and offer suitable solutions. The position requires managing key client accounts, closing sales, maintaining client relationships, and identifying service improvements based on market trends and competitor activities. Collaboration with management and other departments for market assessment and insights is crucial. The role also includes preparing reports and contributing to team efforts.
Must have:
  • 1-2 years experience in Sales/Business Development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter, goal-oriented, positive attitude
  • Able to handle rejection and pressure
  • Skilled in Communication, Negotiation, Customer Acquisition/Management
  • Experience in Logistic Solution Sales is preferred
Good to have:
  • Experience in logistic/last mile industry
  • Ms. Office proficiency
  • Service Orientation

Responsibilities

    • Prospecting & Growing clients in the social commerce market
    • Continuous cold calling of prospective clients (UMKM/Social Commerce Sellers)
    • Arrange sales meetings with prospective clients
    • Track prospects - identify decision-makers, specific qualifications, the best solution that company can offer - to specific client’s need
    • Identifies service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
    • Managing key clients accounts
    • Closing sales and maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
    • Researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
    • Managing and monitoring of day-to-day relationships and communications
    • Closely work with management and other departments to assist in market assessment efforts and provide on-the-ground insights
    • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements

    • Located in Surabaya
    • Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in Sales Executive/Business Development/Acquisition Executive, preferably  experience logistic/last mile industry
    • Critical and fast thinking related to understanding a prospect's interest level in a Small Medium Enterprise environment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Self-starter, goal-oriented, high energy, positive attitude 
    • Able to handle rejection and pressure
    • Skilled in Communication, Business Negotiation, Customer Acquisition Management, Customer Management, Logistic Solution Sales, Ms. Office, and Service Orientation
