As a Field Technician, you will act as a Field Engineer for specific clients, providing comprehensive software, hardware, and network support for various devices including desktops, laptops, servers, and AV rooms. Your responsibilities will include installing and maintaining PCs, networks, and associated software, performing installations, moves, adds, and changes, and ensuring client satisfaction by meeting SLA requirements. You will also provide problem follow-up and escalations, maintaining a high degree of professionalism in all interactions.

- Follow up on calls from beginning to end, monitoring SLA and seeking the best solution.
- Identify and suggest improvements in the system and the service process.
- Prepare materials that help clarify doubts.
- Perform IT asset management of the client's stock.
