Background of Recruitment
Currently, the GREE Group is transitioning to a group management structure with multiple operating companies, centered on three core areas: "Games," "Metaverse," and "DX," starting from January 2025.
Amidst these dynamic changes, the accounting operations for the entire group are becoming more complex and sophisticated. While transactions related to organizational restructuring, such as the establishment and consolidation of subsidiaries, occur, it is also necessary to respond to different business models for each segment. Therefore, beyond mere monthly and annual closing operations, there is a need to build a strategic and agile accounting system.
In this context, we are looking for individuals who can stably support the foundation of accounting operations, flexibly adapt to a rapidly changing business environment, and jointly promote the evolution of an accounting system that contributes to group management.
Job Responsibilities
As an accounting staff member, you will be responsible for the accounting operations of the GREE Group. Initially, you will handle general accounting tasks, and in the future, you are expected to play an active role in various accounting fields such as consolidation, disclosure, subsidiary management, tax, and management accounting.

Appeal of this Position
You can enhance your expertise in the accounting field through practical accounting experience at a listed company.
Additionally, new businesses and new transactions occur regularly, so there are many opportunities to coordinate with the business side to consider and organize accounting treatments. This means you will be close to the business and can grow alongside its development. Furthermore, with diverse business segments, you will have the chance to experience accounting operations for various businesses.
Department Structure
The accounting department has about 15 full-time employees, and we also collaborate with temporary and contract staff to carry out operations.
While there is a system where each subsidiary or business unit has a dedicated person in charge, closing operations are performed in coordination, fostering communication within the accounting department. We also hold monthly study sessions to facilitate smooth information exchange.
Our members are committed to seeing things through to the end, not leaving ambiguities ambiguous, and logically discussing how they arrived at their conclusions, striving to improve together. They embody our company's Values (code of conduct) and work collaboratively.
