In this role, you will be responsible for supporting critical payment application and identification processes and uploading financial information to the department's portals, ensuring accuracy and administrative workflow.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct application and identification of payments, executing the payment supplement process to maintain the accuracy of financial records.
• Support the uploading and maintenance of information in the collections portals, guaranteeing the availability of updated data for the team.
• Collaborate in the management of routine administrative tasks in the Finance area, maintaining an excellent disposition and support to the team.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Active student of Finance, Economics, or a technical/technological program in Administrative or Accounting careers.
• Immediate availability to formalize an Apprenticeship Contract and not having had a previous Apprenticeship Contract (except for a training chain).
• Solid knowledge in the use of process visualization tools such as Visio and a high orientation to detail and level of analysis.
• Availability for a one (1) year internship, which is preferable.

Benefits

• Salary equivalent to the current legal minimum wage, plus ARL (Occupational Risk Administrator) and EPS (Health Promoting Entity) coverage.
• Schedule Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with a hybrid work model.
