Finance Director (SSC)

The Finance Director (SSC) is responsible for the Shared Service Center (SSC) operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and fixed assets. They will oversee SSC policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and processes, manage manpower planning, and ensure smooth operations. The role involves reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance, and overseeing the annual budget. They will also be responsible for prompt billing and collections, support stakeholders to maintain quality service, provide guidance to the team, and lead improvement initiatives. The candidate is expected to have at least 10 years of experience in finance.

Must Have

• Accounting or Business degree/Chartered Accountant
• 10 years of relevant finance experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership skills with a positive mindset
• Experience working in a large SSC environment

Responsibilities: 

• Overall responsible for the Shared Service (SSC) operation – AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets

• Responsible for SSC policy/SLA and processes, manpower planning and operations management to ensure smooth operation

• Review contracts and ensure compliance and SOPs

• Ensure prompt billing and collections and cash sustainability

• Compliance control to group policies and internal controls are implemented and adhered to oversee and drive the annual budget

• Support stakeholders to maintain quality service standards 

• Supervise and provide guidance to the team

• Support and lead improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Accounting or Business degree/Chartered Accountant

• At least 10 years of relevant experience background in finance

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong leadership skill with positive mindset

• Experience working in large SSC environment
