PwC's Financial Advisory (Advisory Deals) team provides strategic advice and support to clients in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. This role involves navigating complex transactions, financial restructuring, and maximizing value. Responsibilities include conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and managing transaction processes for local and international M&A deals, private equity, and corporate transactions. The Senior Associate will also advise on financial restructuring and insolvency proceedings, review financial models, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
Must Have

We help clients navigate complex transactions, financial restructuring, and maximize the value of their business agreements. Your work will include assisting in conducting due diligence, financial restructuring processes, financial analyses, and managing transaction processes.
We will hire a Financial Advisory Consultant (Senior Associate).
Main responsibilities:
- Participation in financial due diligence.
- Advising buyers and sellers on local and international merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions, including private equity and corporate deals.
- Advising lenders and debtors on financial restructuring.
- Advisory services tailored to the needs of all stakeholders in insolvency proceedings.
- Review of financial projection models and business plans.
- Participation in client meetings. Collaboration with broader advisory teams and coordination of work in multidisciplinary and international teams.
- Development of a network of business relationships.
- Coordination of multidisciplinary and multinational teams.
Requirements:
- University education with an emphasis on business, finance, or accounting (ACCA, MBA, CPA or similar certification is an advantage).
- 3–4 years of relevant experience (experience related to mergers and/or acquisitions is an advantage).
- Practical experience in the following areas is an advantage: M&A, financial due diligence, valuation, investment analysis, corporate finance, auditing, financial modeling, restructuring, investment banking, private equity funds.
- Experience in managing day-to-day aspects of client relationships and projects.
- Experience in effective mentoring and development of colleagues in a highly interactive team environment.
Soft skills:
- Strong work initiative and ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas.
- Consulting orientation – ability to provide a wide range of innovative and value-added services, develop a client network, and support the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
- Proven project/people management and business development skills.
