What you'll be doing

• Assist in preparing the annual budget and quarterly forecast
• Provide monthly financial analysis on business performance and sales forecast for management review
• Prepare monthly KPI and operational metrics for investors and other stakeholders
• Perform margin analysis and departmental variance analysis and lead discussions with department leaders on risks, opportunities and efficiencies
• Develop and maintain models to assist in operations and growth decisions
• Assist in system implementation or improvements
• Work closely with the accounting team on the month end close
• Assist in the implementation of a new forecasting tool for operations
• Assist in ad hoc assignments and projects

What are we looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance related disciplines
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficient in Excel
• Fluent in English
• Familiar with NetSuite and experience in franchising and retail is a big plus
• Analytical, self-motivated, and have good communication skills and a fast learner
• Experience working with remote teams
