Title: Financial Analyst

Location: Gurugram and Bengaluru
Work Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM- 5 AM)

Your primary responsibilities will include providing accurate and timely financial analysis, assisting in budgeting and forecasting, and contributing to the development of financial strategies. You will be tasked with conducting critical analysis of various financial data, identifying trends, and deriving insights to support future planning efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to facilitate effective decision-making.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
Cost Analysis: Analyze project costs, identify variances, and recommend cost control measures and cost reduction strategies.
Financial Modeling: Develop financial models to evaluate day-to-day expenses, revenue collection, pricing strategies for new clients, and various financial scenarios.
Performance Analysis: Assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the financial performance of ongoing projects.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure efficient financial operations.
Risk Assessment: Identify and assess financial risks, proposing risk mitigation strategies as necessary.
Financial Strategy: Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals.
Ad hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and provide support for special projects as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are advantageous.
Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably within a project-based or turnkey project environment.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
Proficient in financial software and tools, including Excel, financial management systems, and data visualization software.
Excellent hands-on experience with Python, VBA, Power BI, and Advanced Excel.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
3-5 years of experience performing financial data analysis.
