Forward Deployed Engineer [New grads ok]

FurtherAI is seeking exceptional Forward Deployed Engineers, including new graduates, to join their engineering team. This role is focused on building enterprise-grade AI agents from the ground up, working closely with the CTO, and translating customer needs into robust agentic solutions. It's a unique opportunity to implement cutting-edge AI capabilities in production, receive deep technical mentorship, and contribute to frontier technology solving critical business problems in the insurance industry.

• Talk to customers, understand their flows, and translate those into robust agentic solutions

• Collaborate with a small, elite team of engineers from Google X, Microsoft, Apple, Meta, …
