We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. You will support the development and automation of financial models and reporting tools, manage and process large volumes of financial data, and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Responsibilities include preparing and consolidating financial plans, contributing to monthly/quarterly performance reporting with variance analysis, and collaborating on ad hoc financial analysis for cost optimization and new business opportunities. You will work directly with Senior Managers and the CFO, acting as a strategic partner to provide insights and recommendations for business performance.
Must have:
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 1-3 years of FP&A or finance experience
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience with large datasets
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, manages multiple priorities
  • Ability to present complex data clearly
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

ABOUT THE ROLE           
 
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team at LeoVegas, part of the MGM Resorts International Group. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior FP&A and Business Controller, acting as a key support in building and maintaining financial models, reports, and processes that directly inform and influence strategic decisions at the highest level of the organization. 
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:                 
  • Support the development, structuring, and automation of financial models and reporting tools.
  • Manage and process large volumes of financial and operational data (“data crunching”), ensuring accuracy and consistency across reports.
  • Assist in the preparation and consolidation of the Group's Budget, Forecasts, and Long-Term Planning.
  • Contribute to the monthly and quarterly performance reporting, including variance analysis and commentary.
  • Collaborate on ad hoc financial analysis and business cases, supporting cost optimization initiatives and new business opportunities.
  • Work directly with the Senior Managers and CFO, becoming a strategic partner in delivering insights and recommendations to drive business performance.
               
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
   
Essential Skills:        
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar FP&A or finance role.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets capabilities.
  • Experience handling and analyzing large datasets; knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
