You’ll join a supportive, people-first team that values diverse perspectives, welcomes fresh thinking, and gives you the space to shine. If you love bringing clarity to complex data, enjoy working with people, and want to make a real impact over a defined period, this opportunity is ideal.

  • Maintain cost centre structure and ownership, supporting business changes and reorganisations.
  • Maintain and update departmental budgets in collaboration with cost centre owners.
  • Process month-end accruals, including preparation of supporting journal entries.
  • Conduct monthly cost variance analysis, identifying key drivers and variances against budget/forecast.
  • Lead monthly cost reviews with department leads and executive stakeholders, presenting insights and recommendations.
  • Own the cost forecasting process, including rolling and quarterly updates, ensuring accurate projections.
  • Prepare and circulate monthly cost reporting packs, highlighting performance against budget and forecast.
  • Flag and track key cost risks and opportunities, contributing to risk mitigation and value identification efforts.

What you bring to the role:

  • Experience in FP&A, finance, or a similar analytical role (or transferable experience).
  • Strong data and Excel skills; comfortable working with budgets and forecasts.
  • A proactive mindset and the confidence to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and find solutions.
  • A collaborative, supportive approach — you’re the kind of person people want to work with.

Why you'll love it here:

  • Step straight into meaningful work
  • Flexible work that fits your life: hybrid work
  • Fair, transparent compensation that reflects your experience and skills
  • Above-average vacation and personal time off
  • International environment with talented colleagues across the globe
