Rolls-Royce Deutschland bietet eine spannende Gelegenheit für die Position Fachkraft Reibschweißen (w/m/d) in Oberursel bei Frankfurt am Main.
Aufgaben:
- Vorbereitung und Rüsten von CNC-Reibschweißanlagen inkl. Werkstückvorbereitung
- Bedienung und Überwachung der Schweißanlagen im laufenden Betrieb
- Durchführung von Sicht- und Maßprüfungen sowie Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
- Eigenständige Behebung einfacher Störungen, Unterstützung der Instandhaltung
- Durchführung kleinerer Wartungs- und Pflegearbeiten an den Anlagen
- Mitarbeit an verschiedenen Arbeitsstationen und Sicherstellung des Materialflusses
Anforderungen:
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung (z. B. Industriemechaniker, Maschinen- und Anlagenführer)
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Maschinenbedienung oder Fertigung wünschenswert
- Technisches Verständnis für CNC-Anlagen und Produktionsabläufe
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit und hohe Zuverlässigkeit
- Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
