This is an opportunity for a bright, enthusiastic and ambitious individual to play a key role in supporting the business through an exciting period of growth, through building out our React client facing web application.

This is a fast-paced, demanding environment, in a business that has the investment backing and aspiration for rapid expansion, but with the infrastructure needed to support that expansion still a work-in-progress.

Profile

You will be passionate about building attractive and practical web applications, and are attracted by the opportunity of working in a rapidly expanding Fintech.

You have strong technical skills with the ability to manage multiple complex priorities within demanding timeframes.

You enjoy working in a fast-paced and high-growth environment, can adapt to any situation, are prepared to roll-up your sleeves to get things done and can always find time to support colleagues.

You are a team player and enjoy the opportunity to collaborate with others, but are also happy to work independently.

You will leverage your expertise to take ownership of, develop, and provide ongoing guidance across a range of areas, including: an in-depth understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React.

Develop innovative approaches to display the rich data sets to users in an easy-to-use and intuitive way
Work with Product Development team members and end users to turn requirements into prototypes and ultimately the final deliverable
Work with UX and UI designers to find highly usable and visually attractive solutions to help users navigate large datasets and allow the user to quickly focus on important areas
Work closely with senior developers to adopt new skills and improve your overall approach
