Front-End Developer

Job Overview

The Information Design Team is looking for a Front-End Developer to help create engaging, rich-media web content for Wargaming products.

We design, build, and localize landing pages and interactive widgets for Wargaming products. Our content is published and maintained across four global regions and in 18 languages, ensuring consistent and localized experience for our players worldwide.

Reports to

Information Design & Technical Documentation Team Lead

What will you do?

• Build responsive landing pages and dynamic widgets from Figma designs, ensuring full compliance with localization requirements
• Collaborate with graphic designers and technical writers to develop UX concepts and interactive mockups
• Identify and fix bugs during design reviews and QA testing cycles
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following coding standards

What are we looking for?

• Strong expertise in frontend development using HTML, SASS, and JavaScript
• Practical experience with Git, Webpack
• Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive/adaptive layout techniques
• Proficiency in creating smooth CSS and JavaScript animations
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques
• Fluent in Russian, Intermediate (B1/B2) or higher in English
• Passion for gaming and interactive digital experiences

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and BigPicture for project and task management
• Familiarity with JsDoc or similar tools for code documentation
• Understanding of graphics, motion design, video, and audio technologies and best practices for web integration
• Experience embedding and managing 3D objects in the browser (Three.js, WebGL)
• Strong grasp of usability and accessibility principles to ensure visually appealing and user-friendly content

Work mode

• Hybrid (3 days of work from the office).
