Job Description

- You ensure not just satisfied, but enthusiastic guests at the reception
- You always stay cool – even when all guests check in simultaneously
- You ensure a smooth process for welcoming guests at the hotel and clean administrative processes within your shift team
Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your resume...
- You have completed training in the hotel industry, gained professional experience, and speak fluent German and English
- You can inspire your colleagues as much as your guests
- You also know your way around the city and always have insider tips up your sleeve
- You bring not only your skills but also your character
- You are a doer – and openly admit when you've made a mistake
