Job Description

The Front Office Consultant implements and configures software based on project plans and specified requirements, following best practices. Responsibilities include installing and setting up the platform, either on-site at client locations or remotely. The consultant will deliver functional, technical, or project information to the sales team for use in commercial proposals or information documents. The role involves leading customer workshops to define detailed product requirements, configuring and customizing software, preparing and delivering training to end-users and administrators, and performing administrative tasks accurately and completely. Sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues is also a part of the job.
Must have:
  • Implement and configure software based on project plans and requirements.

  • Prepare and give training to end-users and administrators.
  • Perform installations and technical setups of the platform.
  • Keep knowledge and skills up-to-date.
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of Capital Market Product Pricing Methodology.
  • Experience within Market Risk and Credit Risk (xVA, PFE, etc).

Job Details

Implements and configures the software, within the boundaries of the project plan, according to specified requirements and following best practices. Installation and technical setup of the platform, employees will be at client site or through a remote connection. Delivering functional, technical or project information to sales that can be used as input for commercial proposals or as information documents.

  • Provide customer workshops to define the detailed product requirements.
  • Working with configuration and customization of the software in an effective manner, within the boundaries of the project plan and the agreed functional requirements to ensure a smooth application and fully implemented functional requirements.
  • Prepares material and gives product related training to end-users and administrators in order to achieve well trained users who are able to use the product.
  • Perform installations and technical setups of the platform, onsite at clients or through a remote connection
  • Pro-actively keeps knowledge and skills up-to-date in order to be able to perform an excellent job.
  • Performs administrative tasks on-time and makes sure the information given is precise and complete, according to regulations, in order to keep the administration accurate and precise.
  • Prepares contents and leads sessions for colleagues in order to share knowledge and experiences in own- and other departments.
  • Actively contributing to delivering functional, technical or project information to sales that can be used as input for commercial proposals or as information documents.

  • Education Required:  Degree qualified in Computer Science, Business/Finance or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Special Qualifications: 
    -       Knowledge of Capital Market Product Pricing Methodology (linear and non-linear), Curve Construction and Vol Surface Generation
    -       Experience within Market Risk and Credit Risk (xVA, PFE, etc)
