Job Description

Bito seeks an experienced Full Stack Developer (3+ years) to design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using Java, Golang, Angular, and MySQL. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver new features, ensure UI/UX feasibility, maintain code quality, and perform code reviews. Responsibilities include building scalable back-end services, front-end development using Angular, RESTful API development, and database management. The role demands strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills within a fast-paced, remote environment focused on cutting-edge AI-powered productivity tools. The ideal candidate will have experience with single-page applications, RESTful APIs, and agile development methodologies.

Must have:

3+ years full-stack experience
Proficiency in Angular or similar SPA framework

We are building this company with a fully remote approach, with our main teams for time zone management in the US and in India. The founders happen to be in Silicon Valley and India.

We are currently seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development, with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience. You will be working with cutting-edge technologies such as Angular for front-end development, and Java and Golang for back-end services, alongside MySQL for database management. This role requires a proactive individual who is adept at problem-solving and is eager to take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using Java and Angular frameworks.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and maintain graphic standards and branding throughout the product’s interface.
Maintain code integrity and organization, including code version control.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and suggest solutions to enhance application performance and usability.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in full stack development.
Strong proficiency with Angular or any single page application for front-end development.
In-depth knowledge of Java and Golang for building scalable back-end services.
Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
Familiarity with database system such as MySQL.
Knowledge of software development best practices, design patterns, and principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
