Full Stack Developer (MERN)

What You Can Expect from the Role

• Take end-to-end ownership of your work
• Work on both front-end and back-end technologies while working on database (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, etc) and other latest technologies
• Get the opportunity to solve edu-tech problem statements
  • Proven 1+ years of experience of working as a Full-stack developer.
  • Hands-on with MERN stack, along with Next.js
  • Good knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithm.
  • Good knowledge of OOPS concept in Javascript.
  • Have great exposure to ReactJs and its architectural components. End-to-end ownership of modules, including designing, development, and validation.
  • Must be from a Product-based company, coming with a mindset and experience of building Product
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills.
  • Strong CS fundamentals and problem-solving skills are a must.
    • Familiarity with discord bot, no-code automation tools like Zapier, Automate.io, Airtable, and their APIs is a plus.
    • Interest in the game industry, since you will be working with people crazy for developing and playing games.

Who you are

• Proven 1+ years of experience of working as a Full-stack developer.
• Hands-on with MERN stack, along with Next.js
• Good knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithm.

  • Outcome over efforts matter - Your focus will be on doing what is right for the customer at all times irrespective of the fact that you might have to go against your manager. If maniacal customer focus is your intent, then you will never be penalized for your actions.
  • Radical transparency - If you have a problem with anyone in the team, senior or junior, or even the founder, you are encouraged to directly address the issue head-on by being open about it in a one-on-one conversation with the person and trying to resolve it asap first before looping in others like your reporting/skip-level reporting manager.
  • Work hours - 10 AM till work is done.
