Full Stack Team Lead

Sensi.AI is a hyper-growth startup transforming home care with agentic AI. As a Full Stack Team Lead, you will lead a global team to build high-scale web and mobile solutions. This role involves driving system architecture, reviewing code, leading problem-solving, and ensuring smooth delivery of impactful, user-centric products while mentoring engineers and partnering with Product to define the roadmap.

Must Have

• Lead a global full-stack team developing web and mobile apps.
• Own architecture and technical design across database, backend, and client-side.
• Design scalable solutions with Node.js, React, and React Native.
• Guide QA and testing processes to ensure high product quality.
• Mentor engineers and foster professional growth.
• Partner with Product to define and deliver the roadmap.
• Proven experience leading development teams in agile environments.
• Strong full-stack expertise (Node.js, React, AWS, microservices).
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Track record of setting processes, KPIs, and delivering milestones.
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills in production environments.
• Collaborative, customer-centric approach to problem-solving.

Good to Have

• React Native experience is a plus.
