FBAR/filter Design Engineer

The role involves designing FBAR filters to achieve highly precise linear and non-linear performance, as well as high power capabilities. The engineer must possess a strong understanding of basic device physics and be able to translate between simulation results, physical implementation, and the measured performance of the device. This position requires expertise in FBAR(BAW) or SAW design and proficiency with various design tools.

Must Have

• Design FBAR filters for advanced linear, non-linear performance and high power
• Understand basic device physics
• Translate between simulation, physical implementation, and measured device performance
• 5+ years of experience in FBAR(BAW) or SAW design
• Deep understanding of PAD and system level performance
• Deep understanding of RF/analog semiconductor device
• Proficiency with EM(HFSS), circuit(ADS), and layout tools (Cadence or equivalent)
• MS or Ph. D degree in Electrical/Electronics engineering or related field of study

Good to Have

• Deep understanding of RF block and chain design

• 5+ years of experience in technology related developing and leading FBAR(BAW) or SAW design

• Deep understanding of PAD and system level performance and RF/analog semiconductor device

• Proficient with design tools as EM(HFSS), circuit(ADS) and layout tool(Cadence or equivalent package layout CAD tool)

Education and experience:

• MS or Ph. D degree in Electrical/Electronics engineering or related field of study
• Deep understanding of RF block and chain design preferred
