Job Description
ION is seeking a Functional Analyst with 2-5 years of experience in financial banking, particularly in Asset Management, Wealth Management, Listed Derivatives, OTC Derivatives, Corporate Action, or Capital Gain. Must have excellent knowledge of Italian and English, strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, and a team-oriented approach.

Your role:
Your duties and responsibilities
Identifying and designing software solutions using the ability to:
· Intermediation between financial analysis and software development aspects
· Interaction with the customer to verify the correspondence of his interpretations and expectations with what was analyzed and realized
· Performing "ad hoc" analyses
· Provision of assistance and advice on the project in the implementation phase

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required
· Master's degree with honors in law, management engineering or economics
· At least two to five years of experience within the financial banking sector, specifically at least in one of the following areas: Asset Management, Wealth Management, Listed Derivatives, OTC Derivatives Corporate Action and Capital Gain
· Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English language
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, aptitude for teamwork
