Job Description

As an FX Business Manager, you will be part of the newly established FX COO office. Your primary responsibilities will include providing data-driven insights to optimize business performance and drive commercial growth. This involves conducting ad hoc analysis of business initiatives, analyzing revenues and expenditures, supporting the yearly budget cycle, and working with the Sales Enablement team. You will also be involved in supporting invoice processing, understanding revenue sharing with partners, and defining product adoption KPIs. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills to enhance the operating rhythm and equip senior leaders with the necessary insights to improve the business and achieve commercial goals. The role offers the opportunity to influence financial performance, optimize operational processes, and refine commercial strategies through data-driven insights.

Role profile:

As a member of the newly established FX COO office, you will enhance the operating rhythm by equipping senior leaders with data-driven insights to optimize business performance and drive commercial growth.

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving operational excellence across business insights, business management, and commercial management. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, organizational agility, and a collaborative mindset to support the FX Leadership Team and broader business goals.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Business Insights

  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to evaluate business initiatives, providing data-driven insights that enhance decision-making, optimize performance, and drive sustainable growth.
  • Review and analyze revenues and expenditures for the business, focusing on operating expenses, travel & entertainment expenses, and indirect costs.
  • Support the yearly budget cycle.

Business Management

  • Support invoice processing from service providers, tracking PO’s and sign offs.
  • Understand how we share revenues with third party partners and work with internal teams to ensure timely payments.

Commercial Management

  • Work with the Sales Enablement team to understand sales performance through pre-sale, onboarding, and production adoption activities.
  • Review past performance to define product adoption KPIs annually.
  • Develop an understanding of the sales process, commercial operations, and support deal management.
  • Understand current revenue reporting methods and define functional requirements for the Analytics teams to implement improvements.
  • Propose a commission method that would leverage the newly built tableau revenue tools.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business operations, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decisions.
  • Proven experience in business operations, data analysis, and commercial management.
