Must Have

3+ years of experience as a Game Analyst, specifically in gamedev
Active engagement with casual games
Proficiency in player behavior analysis tools
Experience with analytical platforms
Experience with MMP (AppsFlyer, Singular)
Proven ability to conduct A/B tests (hypothesis formation, KPI-driven test proposals, audience/time calculation, result analysis/visualization)
Strong knowledge of key game metrics
Proficient in Excel and SQL
Understanding of mathematical statistics and probability theory
Analytical thinking and information structuring skills
Ability to explain complex concepts clearly
Experience with data visualization tools
Formulate analytical strategy and KPI framework for the project
Build analytical infrastructure for the project
Form and improve project economy and monetization
Evaluate features, tests, and changes based on data
Monitor market and best practices in the genre

Job Description

We invite a Game Analyst to join our team to work on a new exciting casual cartoonish project that combines elements of drama, humor, fun, and location rebuilding.

We are looking for a game analyst who is passionate about games and ready to dive into our game. This position involves forming hypotheses based on data, experience, and personal gaming feelings, and then testing them.

Required knowledge and skills:

experience in a similar position from 3 years, necessarily in gamedev
active immersion in casual games
knowledge and practical application of player behavior analysis tools
experience with analytical platforms
experience with MMP (AppsFlyer, Singular)
experience in conducting A/B tests. Namely:
forming hypotheses
proposals for conducting A/B tests to achieve desired KPIs
calculating audience and time to obtain results
analyzing and visualizing A/B results with a proposal on which result to accept and why
knowledge and practical use of key game metrics;
confident command of Excel and SQL
knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory
analytical thinking and strong information structuring skills
ability to clearly and understandably explain complex concepts
experience with data visualization tools.

Tasks:

Forming an analytical strategy and KPI framework for the project: initiating analytical research, generating and promoting data-driven ideas, conducting regular metric reviews
Building the project's analytical infrastructure: defining and implementing a stack of analytical tools, setting up dashboard systems
Forming and improving the project's economy and monetization
Evaluating features, tests, and changes based on data
Monitoring the market and best practices in the genre; working with game designers to achieve desired metrics.
