Responsibilities include developing and designing gameplay, mechanics, characters, and plots for casual games. Creating detailed documentation, including game design documents (GDD), character descriptions, levels, and game mechanics. Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify trends and audience needs. Collaborating with artists, programmers, and other team members to bring game ideas to life. Creating tasks for the team, decomposing game design documentation, and planning the release of features. Testing and balancing games to ensure high quality and player satisfaction. Participating in the development of a marketing strategy and game presentations.
Must Have:- 3+ years of game designer experience, preferably with casual games.
- Deep understanding of game design principles and casual audience specifics.
- Ability to create interesting and engaging game mechanics.
- Experience with game development tools (GIT, AppsFlayer, Firebase, Confluence, Jira, Miro, Tableaue, etc.).
- Ability to work in a team, communicate effectively, and organize the team's work.
- Creativity, initiative and desire to create quality games.
