Job Description
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Gaming Program Coordinator in Redmond, WA. The team manages the Xbox commerce platform, ensuring smooth purchase flows, empowering publishers, and enhancing player experience for buying content on Xbox. Key Projects:
- Supporting publisher engagement for Xbox Clubs (social landing point for games)
- Coordinating onboarding for publishers to use Xbox tools and features
- Assisting with go-to-market materials and publisher education initiatives
Typical Task Breakdown & Operating Rhythm:
- Communicate with top publishers via email and distribution lists (mostly asynchronous)
- Coordinate internally with PM teams for publisher education and feature updates
- Prepare and manage documentation or lightweight user research tasks
- Occasional meetings with internal stakeholders; minimal external meetings
Requirements
- Program/Project Coordination - Minimum 8 years (preferably in tech or gaming)
- Stakeholder Communication & Cross-Team Collaboration - Minimum 8 years
- E-commerce or Digital Marketing Exposure - Minimum 8 years (preferred for publisher engagement and go-to-market tasks)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
