Job Description

• Issue VAT invoices.
• Check, review, and account for accounting transactions on Fast software.
• Prepare quarterly VAT reports.
• Prepare quarterly PIT reports.
• Prepare monthly CIT reports (internal).
• Calculate and prepare FCT declarations.
• Optimize costs to be included in reasonable expenses.
• Finalize CIT and PIT at year-end.
• Manage all types of contracts of the business department.
• Track revenue and expenses for each project, check acceptance compared to contracts.
• Manage and recover debts.
• Track revenue, expenses, profit and loss for each project.
• Accrued revenue and expenses each month and year.
• Monitor and recover employee advances in accordance with regulations.
• Keep detailed ledgers of expense accounts as assigned.
• Organize the preservation and storage of the company's accounting documents in accordance with legal regulations.
• Other tasks as required by superiors.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduated from university with an accounting major.
• Have 03 years of experience or more in a similar position.
• Proficient in using Fast software.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheet.
• Proficient in accounting operations.
• Careful, serious, honest, highly responsible for work.
• Have a personal laptop.
