As a Manager, you will lead a team supporting Referral Fee operations across PwC’s alliance ecosystem, overseeing vendor onboarding, documentation, opportunity lifecycle, contract renewals, and performance tracking. You will ensure operational accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery across multiple platforms.

  • Advanced level skills in Salesforce, SharePoint, Excel, FlexForecast, and Icertis.
Must Have:
  • Lead and mentor a team managing opportunity and deal data integrity and reporting throughout the deal lifecycle.
  • Oversee vendor onboarding processes and ensure alignment with internal protocols and system configurations.
  • Manage contract renewal schedules and escalations, maintaining strong stakeholder communication.
  • Consolidate and validate key metrics and reports for leadership and global teams.
  • Drive problem-solving for operational delays, approval bottlenecks, and data discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain program tools, playbooks, and support materials to enhance team efficiency.
  • Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as PowerBI.
  • Strong process orientation, attention to detail, collaborative communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understand the importance of correct information management.
  • Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection.
  • Correct Information Security Management.

In brand management at PwC, you will focus on developing and implementing strategies to enhance and protect the company's brand image. You will manage brand campaigns, conduct market research, and confirm consistency across all channels.

As a Manager, you will lead and coordinate a team supporting Referral Fee operations across PwC’s alliance ecosystem. You will oversee vendor onboarding, documentation workflows, opportunity lifecycle management, contract renewals, and performance tracking. You’ll ensure operational accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery by managing multiple platforms including Salesforce, Einstein, FlexForecast, Icertis, and SharePoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team managing opportunity and deal data integrity and reporting throughout the deal lifecycle.
  • Oversee vendor onboarding processes and ensure alignment with internal protocols and system configurations.
  • Manage contract renewal schedules and escalations, maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced level skills in Salesforce, SharePoint, Excel, FlexForecast, and Icertis are desirable.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as PowerBI is mandatory.
  • Strong process orientation, attention to detail, collaborative communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understand the importance of have a correct information management
