The role involves managing and optimizing customer experience, collaborating with regional partners for upsell, minimizing churn, developing account strategy, and ensuring product adoption and satisfaction.

- Qualify and quantify the impact of maintaining status quo or competitor solutions.

- Minimum 3 years of related experience (Bachelors with 8+, Masters with 6+, PhD with 3+).
