As a Global Commodity Manager, you will develop commodity strategies and execute on them. You will lead cross-functional teams through the supplier selection process for new platforms/components. You will conduct business discussions and secure agreements with suppliers. You will maintain industry expertise and supplier/market conditions, and manage supplier performance in cost, quality, delivery, and technology alignment. You will propose and implement supply chain improvements.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive Memory and NOT AND (NAND) flash technologies at key memory suppliers.
  • Maintain a level of industry and technology expertise as well as supplier and market conditions and understand memory and NAND storage structures and be conversant with developing models.
  • Develop sourcing strategies for memory and NAND flash and execute on them.
  • Manage supplier relationships and performance in technology alignment, cost, quality, and delivery, negotiate agreements, and implement supply chain improvements.
  • Address material management, shortages, and Clear to Build (CTB) activities, serving as the escalation point between internal teams and Memory and NAND suppliers.
