The Global Social & Community team at Gameloft is seeking a Global Social Portfolio Lead in Barcelona. This role involves overseeing a portfolio of 3-4 games, guiding community strategies, and leading global projects to enhance player connection and support. Key responsibilities include mentoring Game Community Managers, shaping social and community strategies with clear goals and KPIs, fostering collaboration with various teams, managing budgets, driving cross-portfolio campaigns, and analyzing performance trends to provide actionable insights to leadership.
Must have:
- Lead and mentor Game Community Managers across your portfolio of 3 - 4 titles, ensuring their strategies align with Gameloft’s global vision.
- Shape social and community strategies by setting clear goals, KPIs, and guidelines that drive innovation and ROI.
- Foster collaboration with teams such as LiveOps, Production, UX/UR, and Marketing to deliver cohesive player experiences.
- Manage budgets and staffing needs within your portfolio, ensuring teams have the resources they need.
- Drive cross-portfolio projects (campaigns, workshops, features) and showcase results to leadership.
- Analyze performance and trends, providing actionable insights to studios and top management.

The Global Social & Community team at Gameloft is looking for a Global Social Portfolio Lead to join our worldwide network of community experts.
In this role, you’ll oversee a portfolio of games across several studios, guiding their community strategies and leading global projects that enhance how we connect with and support our players.
