DAZN seeks a proactive Global Talent Acquisition Manager for a 12-month maternity leave cover. This role involves leading global recruitment strategies across commercial and business departments, managing deadlines, and inspiring the team. Responsibilities include partnering with senior stakeholders, sourcing top talent, managing multiple high-volume projects, collaborating with People & Culture teams, utilizing data to optimize processes, and acting as a brand ambassador. The ideal candidate possesses proven experience in a fast-paced, high-growth international environment, leading recruitment strategies across commercial functions globally, and managing global recruitment teams. Exceptional stakeholder management, knowledge of innovative sourcing techniques, and strong organizational skills are essential.
Must have:

Job Details

We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Global Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave cover. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in leading Global recruitment strategies, building strong relationships with senior level stakeholders, and contributing to DAZN’s growth and success across key commercial and business operations areas. You’ll lead a Talent team with a focus on high performance, sourcing the best talent for DAZN’s global commercial and business functions and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and can hit the ground running with experience leading complex, high volume and business critical hiring strategies.

As our new Global Talent Acquisition Manager you'll have the opportunity to:

    • Lead global recruitment strategies across various commercial and business departments, managing business deadlines and inspiring your team to provide the best possible talent and candidate experience.
    • Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
    • Source and attract top talent through your own direct sourcing, headhunting, and leveraging external partners.
    • Manage multiple high volume, global recruitment projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining quality hiring standards.
    • Collaborate with People & Culture teams to drive workforce planning and align hiring initiatives with business goals.
    • Utilize data and insights to inform recruitment strategies and optimize processes.
    • Act as a brand ambassador, representing DAZN’s values and culture in all candidate interactions.
    • Inspire and motivate your team using agile working methodologies to deliver business critical recruitment projects and maintain a high performing culture.

You'll have:

    • Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition Manager role, in a fast-paced, high-growth international environment.
    • Experience leading recruitment strategies across commercial and business functions, globally.
    • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
    • Experience managing a high volume of roles across multiple functions.
    • Knowledge of innovative sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
    • Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
    • A self-starter who is solutions-focused and thrives under pressure.
    • Experience managing global recruitment teams, with a focus on performance and meeting business demands.
    • Any additional language skills, eg German, French, Spanish, Italian, Japanese would be a bonus
