1. System Construction Planning: Streamline business processes, coordinate HR business, and internal/external resources. Formulate and implement HR informatization projects.
2. Project Requirement Management: Collect, analyze, and evaluate business requirements, write/improve requirement documents, conduct industry research and solution design, and track the entire project lifecycle including development, testing, training, and launch.
3. System Operation: Track the operational status of the system after launch, ensure smooth operation, and continuously iterate based on user feedback after launch.
4. Integrate internal and external company systems to achieve seamless connection between various human resource modules and avoid data silos.
1. Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized institution, 5+ years of HR informatization experience, familiar with various HR module businesses.
2. Self-driven, clear logic, strong drive, responsible, and able to adapt to fast-iterating business rhythms.
3. Proficient in requirements analysis, with complete end-to-end implementation experience for medium to large projects, and excellent project management skills.
4. Possess at least 1 project experience from 0-1 in modules such as promotion, performance, salary adjustment, data middle platform, or data dashboard.
5. Internet product R&D experience preferred.
