3. Maintain close cooperation and communication with planning, design, and technical departments to improve project art quality and optimize existing workflows.
4. Based on game settings, understand the intent of original art, and produce 3D character models, object resources, texture painting, and material creation.
5. Understand the game's art style and quality follow-up, coordinate the entire process to achieve the product's art effects.
6. Possess high sensitivity and understanding of R&D processes and coordination.
1. Possess a strong art background, with a full-time college degree or above.
2. Possess proficient modeling ability, solid drawing skills, and a good sense of color.
3. Proficiently operate and master 3ds Max/Maya, ZBrush/Mudbox, Substance Designer/Painter, Quixel Suite, Marvelous Designer, Photoshop, and other related production software.
4. Experience in game production with Unity3d/Unreal engine is preferred.
5. Possess rich experience in next-gen game production.
6. Possess a strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, strong team awareness, a keen sense for new technologies, and strong learning ability.
