Brand Marketing Planner - Shining Nikki

Job Description

1. Responsible for writing comprehensive version marketing promotion plans, including selling point analysis, market research, promotion themes, core events, promotion planning, and cost planning. Based on the plan, break down execution tasks and coordinate with partner departments to implement the plan, being responsible for the version release-side indicators.

2. During the plan execution, act as the version leader for the release side, communicate promptly with the project team, partner departments, and internal team, coordinate the scheduling of various content, and be responsible for writing promotional copy, video script planning, and graphic material planning for some release-side content.

3. Responsible for planning and coordinating the implementation of core version events, including live broadcasts, offline activities, and cross-industry collaborations.

4. Responsible for UA acquisition planning and material planning, responsible for traffic acquisition on various platforms for key content, and being responsible for various delivery indicators.

5. Responsible for liaising with channel business, using excellent PPT writing skills to secure channel resources for various versions.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in game industry marketing.

2. Strong market sensitivity, excellent marketing planning ability, and good at integrating and utilizing various resources in the game market.

3. Possess excellent self-motivation, communication skills, teamwork ability, and cross-departmental collaboration drive.

4. Love games, players who can continuously play the same game for a long time are preferred, and experience with Nikki IP products is preferred.

5. Knowledgeable about other Papegames titles, ACG culture, Hanfu culture, etc., content creators/enthusiasts are preferred.

6. Experienced users of short video platforms like Douyin and Xiaohongshu are preferred, familiar with platform user profiles, hot topics, and communication methods.

7. Proficient in using office software such as PPT, EXCEL, and WORD; familiar with basic operations of PS and video editing software.
