Job Description

This HRBP Intern role involves assisting the HR supervisor with the preparation, organization, and execution of various internal projects, as well as training support and post-training material organization. The intern will also support internal design requirements by creating promotional materials using design skills and complete other ad-hoc support tasks. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, be able to intern for 5+ consecutive months, work 4+ days a week, and be proficient in Office, PS, and PR software. Proactive communication and a patient, down-to-earth attitude are also valued.
Good To Have:
  • Major in Human Resource Management or related fields preferred
  • Can start work as soon as possible
  • Long-term internship preferred
  • Hand-drawing ability
  • Proactive, patient, down-to-earth, and good at communication
Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree or above

Job Description

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management or related majors.

2. Able to intern for 5 consecutive months or more, with attendance of 4 days or more per week. Candidates who can start as soon as possible and intern long-term are preferred.

3. Possess hand-drawing ability, proficient in Office software and drawing/editing software such as PS, PR.

4. Proactive, patient, down-to-earth, and good at communication.
