1. Draft, review, and revise various Chinese and English legal documents related to game projects, including but not limited to agreements, authorization materials, and correspondence.
2. Provide legal and compliance support and advice for business negotiations.
3. Follow up on contract performance and assist in resolving relevant disputes.
4. Conduct legal research and provide feasible solutions or suggestions based on business realities.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, law-related major; legal professional qualification certificate preferred.
2. More than three years of corporate legal work experience; experience in the gaming, cultural, or internet industries preferred.
3. Proficient in contract law and laws and regulations related to the gaming/cultural/internet industry, with a solid legal foundation and excellent contract review ability.
4. Possess good logical thinking and communication and coordination skills.
5. Conscientious and meticulous in work, with a spirit of teamwork.
6. English as a working language preferred.
