As the Global Vice President of Solutions Consulting, the primary responsibility is to lead the Solutions Consulting (SC) team. The role also involves cultivating strong executive relationships, ensuring the team stays current on industry-specific solutions and product advancements, and providing continuous enablement. Key responsibilities include leading and growing the Global Solutions Consulting team, recruiting and retaining top consultants, defining and refining core solutions processes, building client relationships, and developing strategic plans for the function.
Must have:
  • 10+ years of Solutions Consulting leadership experience.
  • 15+ years' experience in customer-facing role in enterprise software.
  • Experience leading global teams.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate global teams.
  • Experience in sales, consulting, and solution delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant technologies, AI, SaaS platforms.

Global Vice President, Solutions Consulting – Role Overview 

 
As the Global Vice President of Solutions Consulting, you will serve as the primary leader and point of contact for the Solutions Consulting (SC) team, ensuring alignment across all functions that contribute to the company’s success. You will be accountable for setting a clear strategic vision and implementing an operational model that drives scalability and sustained performance. 

A key aspect of your role will involve direct engagement with customers, cultivating strong executive relationships, and establishing trusted champions at the highest levels within our client organizations. You will lead your team through structured monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles, supporting both their performance objectives and long-term career development. 

In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring your team remains current on evolving industry-specific solutions and product advancements, providing continuous enablement as the platform and market dynamics evolve. 

Main Responsibilities:  

 

  • Lead, Coach and Grow the Global Solutions Consulting team  

  • Recruit and retain top Solutions Consultants and Solution Consultant Leaders  

  • Define, Refine and Operationalize core Solutions processes and overall GTM strategy 

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and becoming a trusted advisor 

  • Proactively engage in strategic development of the Solution Consultant organization by initiating and leading projects to further team development, organizational structure, product offering, technical training, etc.   

  • Work effectively with other teams, such as product, marketing, and customer success, to drive solution innovation and ensure successful client outcomes 

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans for the solutions consulting function, including resource allocation, process optimization, and training programs 

 

Desired Skills and Experience: 

 

  • Experience: 10+ years of SC leadership experience, 15+ years' experience in customer facing role in enterprise software company, and experience leading global teams 

  • Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead and motivate global teams, build high-performing organizations, and manage resources effectively.  

  • Consulting and Sales: Experience in sales, consulting, and solution delivery, with a strong understanding of the sales process and client relationship management.  

  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of relevant technologies, AI, SaaS platforms, and industry trends, as well as the ability to translate technical concepts into client-focused solutions 

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, anticipate market trends, and adapt to changing business conditions.

Compensation Range

$215,000 - $286,000 - $358,000

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role.  Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s  discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.

US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees’ health, well-being, and financial protection.  The US-based benefits include a 401k plan with 100% vested company contributions, flexible paid time off, holidays, generous caregiver and parental leaves, life and disability insurance, and health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
