The Role
A day in the life of
As Sync Agent, Globe USA (Advertising – East Coast), you’ll lead Globe’s advertising-focused sync strategy from New York. Your remit will centre on identifying, developing and executing licensing opportunities that maximise the commercial and creative impact of Universal Music UK’s frontline and catalogue repertoire.
You’ll work with advertising agencies, music supervisors, brands and creative partners to build long-lasting relationships and drive new and repeat business. Working closely with our UK labels and A&R teams, you’ll curate and deliver music responses that cut through creatively and deliver commercially.

Your impact in role
You will play a critical role in helping UK artists break into the US advertising sync market. Your placements will provide meaningful profile and commercial wins for our artists, increase catalogue performance, and expand our footprint in the creative industries.
By maintaining strong relationships and securing high-value opportunities, you’ll directly support the growth of Universal Music UK’s presence in the US sync space, particularly within the influential advertising and branding sectors.
