  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to develop visually stunning design solutions for the organization, participating in the creation, and application, of brand guidelines for marketing designed materials.

  • Ensure all created assets meet required quality standards and are consistent with an agreed upon visual direction.

  • Remain agile and find solutions for any creative need, whether it be designing a multi-page presentation for investors or a fun new cartoon graphic for the HR team.

  • Propose creative options to design challenges and provide your vision to stakeholders through effective communication while maintaining a collaborative mindset.

  • Work with the marketing team to manage workloads and facilitate the asset review process, receiving feedback on your designs from various executive stakeholders.

  • Anticipate the needs of the marketing team within each project, proactively streamlining productivity, and contributing to the overall success of marketing initiatives.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies in the gaming industry.
