Job Description

As a Graphics Engineer, you will collaborate with artists to develop systems for game graphics, focusing on performance and artist efficiency. This includes designing Unity rendering pipelines, shader development, and researching new graphics technologies to enhance game visuals.

You will contribute to improving the expressive power of games by introducing new technologies and developing rendering functions, while considering processing load and artist development efficiency.

Estimated annual income: 4.66 million JPY to 9.91 million JPY (Salary system: Monthly salary including deemed fixed overtime pay)

  • Monthly: 333,334 JPY to 708,334 JPY
  • Base salary: 246,596 JPY to 524,059 JPY
  • Deemed fixed overtime allowance: 86,738 JPY to 184,275 JPY
  • Bonus: Twice a year
  • Overtime wages exceeding the deemed fixed overtime allowance will be paid additionally.
  • Bonus is performance-linked.

  • Probationary period: Yes (3 to 6 months)
  • Working hours: Standard working hours 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (8 hours actual work)
  • Work style: Flextime system (Core time: 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM)
  • Overtime work: Yes / Company average less than 15 hours (July 2022 to September 2023)
  • May vary depending on busy/slack periods.
  • Overtime on holidays and late-night overtime after 10:00 PM are generally prohibited.
  • Break time: 1 hour between 11:30 AM and 2:30 PM
  • Holidays: Complete two-day weekend (Saturday and Sunday), national holidays, paid leave (granted from the first day of employment, can be taken in 1-hour increments), year-end and New Year holidays, congratulatory and condolence leave, summer vacation, stock leave.
