Job Description

Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our Insurance platform, accelerating growth and increasing market share in the insurance investment space. This role involves developing and executing data-driven growth strategies, optimizing user journeys through A/B tests, analyzing user behavior, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to launch initiatives. The manager will monitor KPIs, identify new distribution channels, and implement feedback loops to enhance user experience and increase repeat investments.
Must have:
  • Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies for insurance products.
  • Design and implement A/B tests to optimize user journeys and improve key metrics.
  • Analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for product enhancements and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams on growth initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs like CTRs, conversions, CAC, and CLTV.
  • Identify and leverage new distribution channels and partnerships.
  • Implement user feedback loops to improve awareness and conversion.
  • Focus on increasing repeat investments and enhancing investor lifetime value.
  • 3-5 years experience in growth marketing or related roles.
  • Proven track record in driving growth, preferably in fintech or financial services.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Clevertap, Moengage, Google Analytics, SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and performance marketing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration skills, and a data-driven approach.
Good to have:
  • Prior experience or understanding of user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies specific to insurance or financial service products is highly preferred.

About the Role:

Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our Insurance platform, accelerating growth and increasing market share in the insurance investment space.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to boost user adoption and transaction volume for insurance products.
  • Design and implement A/B tests and experiments to optimize user journeys, improving key metrics such as reach, CTRs, conversion rates and customer retention.
  • Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities for product enhancements, marketing campaigns, and customer segmentation.
  • Collaborate with product, and engineering teams to launch and refine growth initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTRs, conversions, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (CLTV), providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify and leverage new distribution channels, partnerships, and digital platforms to expand reach.
  • Implement user feedback loops to improve user awareness, product experience and increase conversion.
  • Focus on increasing repeat investments and enhancing overall investor lifetime value.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, product growth, or related roles.
  • Proven track record in driving growth, preferably within the fintech, investment, or financial services sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Clevertap, Moengage, Google Analytics, SQL, or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
